Currency

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST but exclude shipping charges, if applicable, until checkout. 

Orders and Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard as methods of payment. Items are charged as soon as they are processed online.

All items are subject to the availability of stock and LARGO reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed.

Limitation of liability

LARGO are not liable for any loss or damage or injury, howsoever caused which you may suffer or incur (including, but not limited to, damages arising out of, related to or resulting from your use or access to, or inability to access, this website, your reliance on any information provided herein, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operational transmission, computer virus, bugs etc).

If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation states that there is a guarantee in respect of goods or services supplied, and LARGO’s liability for failing to comply with that guarantee may not be excluded but may be limited, our liability for such failure is limited to, in the case of a supply of goods, replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or in the case of supply of services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding these terms and conditions or our supply of goods and/or services, the laws of New South Wales, Australia, will apply. In relation to any such dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia if the dispute cannot be settled amicably. The place for resolution of disputes shall be Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
